After making a great success in smart phone and the tablet market Micromax has introduced a laptab at CES 2014 which is going in Las Vegas. Laptab is a laptop which can be converted into tab. The company has announced the name as canvas laptab.
This canvas laptab is the first dual boot tablet by intel. The launching date of this laptab is in the first week of February. The price of the device is not yet declared .
Android 4.2.2 jelly bean and windows 8.1 is supported by this device. One has to just reboot the device for switching from android to windows and vice versa.
The screen resolution is 1280*800 pixel with 10.1 IPS vibrant displays. The laptop runs on 10.46GHz Intel Celeron N2805 processor. The device is powered by 2GB RAM and 7400mAh battery. Internal storage is 32GB with expandable up to 64GB. The image quality will be not so good as the front camera and the rear camera is of 2MP. The rear camera has light sensor. The device Is supported by Bluetooth v4.0 and Wi-Fi.
The laptop has a brightness control technology by which the laptop automatically adjusts the screen by continuously monitoring the surrounding brightness. The laptab can be converted into laptop by attaching a wireless keyboard to it. The wireless keyboard has 230mAh battery which runs continuously up to 20 hours.
